The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services of the Traversa-Tre d.o.o. Travel agency, ID code: Id-kod: HR-AB-01-081050755 . By booking one-day trip, multi-day trip, transfer, accommodation or some other service you confirm understanding and agreement with this Terms and Conditions.
Booking
Our one-day, multi-day trips, transfers or rental services can be booked in the agency, online (www.traversa.eu ) or by e-mail (info@traversa.eu). After submitting your request, the Agency is obligated to answer on your request with information about the availability and other details of requested service.
When you submit a payment by our web-site, you confirm chosen service, the Agency will send you reservation with departure time and the contact number.
Items included in the price are only those specified in the itinerary. Tours that have included guide in the price are arranged in English. All prices on the web-site, catalogues and leaflets are per person and shown in Croatian currency and in Euro
Change of reservation
Reservation changes must be made via e-mail (info@traversa.eu) or phone at +385 98 9298457, no later then24 hours before the departure.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your One-day tour, you should send us your cancellation via e-mail, fax or come to our Agency.
When you cancel within 36 hours of the tour departure, no refund will be given.
If you want to cancel your Multi-day tour, you should send us your cancellation via e-mail or come to our Agency;
All cancellations must be in writing – by email or fax.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total arrangement price):
– 30 or more days prior to arrival 0%
– 29 – 22 days prior to arrival 25%
– 21 – 15 days prior to arrival 50%
– 14 – 8 days prior to arrival 80%
– 7 – 1 day prior to arrival 100%
– No show 100%
For each tour, we need to reach the minimum number of 2 passengers. If that number is not reached, the Agency has the right to cancel the tour. Agency has also right to cancel the tour due to terrible weather conditions, but passengers will be informed in an appropriate time and money will be refunded or the trip will be rescheduled.
Our departures/returns
All tours start from Zagreb (Traversa-Tre office). We kindly request our passengers to come 15 minutes before the departure time on the meeting point if they haven’t booked a hotel pick-up. Passengers are responsible for their pick up and must be on time on the visible pre agreed pick up place. If passengers don’t show up on the meeting point, without reasonable and proved reason, the money will not be refunded.
Please note that the return times are variable, everything depends on the traffic, weather conditions and the unpredictable situations.
Liability
Traversa-Tre reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions. No responsibility is taken for expenses due to damages, negligence, weather, war or other unforeseeable causes. The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions. Punctuality is a key objective in Traversa-Tre operation. However, delays may occur for unforeseen reasons. The company cannot be made responsible for losses that a passenger may face due to delay, regardless whether the loss is direct or indirect. We reserve the right to alter or change the itinerary according to weather and road conditions.
In a case of major changes or cancellations, Traversa-tre will advise the Client as soon as possible and provide the following options:
a) Client may accept a new departure date or destination offered by Traversa-Tre
b) Client may accept a replacement package/excursion of equivalent or closely similar itinerary
c) Client may cancel his/her booking altogether and receive a full refund of the money paid.
The Client is obligated to inform Traversa-Tre of his/her decision within 7 days of the offer. If the Client does not, Traversa-Tre will book a replacement package/excursion
You understand that you are personally responsible for your behavior while on the site and agree to indemnify and Traversa-Tre and their respective offices, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense of any kind (including attorney’s fees) that we may incur in our connection with third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the sites (including posting of any content) or access to the sites, or your violation of either these terms of use or the rights of any third party.
Client’s insurance
All Traversa-Tre clients are insured for the event of personal injury that may occur during local transfers or while taking part in guided outdoor activities to the maximum amount of 10,000 HRK. Insurance to higher amounts would significantly reflect the package/excursion price; therefore Traversa-Tre recommends the clients to purchase travel and other additional insurance from a reliable insurance company in the country of residence. If the client wishes to purchase additional insurance (injury, damage, lost property, travel insurance, and similar) Traversa-Tre strongly recommends each client to read the terms and conditions carefully.
Court jurisdiction
Should a client not be satisfied with the manner in which his/her complaint was handled, he/she has the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and Traversa-Tre will aim to settle possible law suits in the application of this Agreement and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the Zagreb Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Customer conduct and Privacy Policy
Traversa-Tre requires that you agree to follow the following basic rules of conduct:
- You will follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws
- You will only provide truthful and accurate information
- You will not harass, threaten or abuse other people when using the Traversa-Tre Sites in any manner
- You will not post any content that is obscene or may be hateful or offensive on racial, ethnic, sexual or any other grounds; is harmful, vulgar or distasteful; or is defamatory, libelous, or invades another person’s privacy or proprietary rights
- You will not collect or store personally identifiable information about any other individual on the Sites, or otherwise stalk, repeatedly contact or harass another user
- You will not impersonate any other person or misrepresent a relationship with any person or entity, including misrepresenting a relationship with Traversa-Tre; similarly, you will not adopt a false identity if the purpose of doing so is to deceive or defraud another
- You will not post any content that contains any viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, or other computer software or program designed to interrupt the Traversa-Tre Sites we provide, users’ ability to enjoy the Sites, or the proper functioning of any software, hardware or equipment or materials used in connection with the Sites
- You will not use any information on the Sites for any commercial purposes, except as expressly authorized by Traversa-Tre
- You will not search, mine or link any data or information to or through the Sites without Traversa-Tre’s express consent and authorization
- You will not send any bulk unsolicited advertising, promotional information, email or other solicitation (including without limitation junk mail, “spam,” chain letters or pyramid schemes of any sort) to any person through the use of the Sites
If you violate any of the guidelines set forth above, or any other aspect of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your rights to use the Sites without giving you any notice.
Traversa-Tre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal things or luggage during the tours. Smoking or alcohol consumption is not permitted on any vehicle.
